The new DC-X is a media neutral asset management system with standard interfaces to various print and online CMS systems. It also handles and manages incoming "User Generated Content" from E-Mail, SMS, Standard Web-Editors, RSSFeeds and from the DC-Web Editor.

Austrian Broadcasting (ORF) with its new online press portal – presse.orf.at – launched on 07.27.09, has merged its two existing information services presse.orf.at and foto.orf.at into a unique new service. Digital Collections has created a high-end press portal with numerous new functions for the generation and retrieval of press information. It will make the work of journalists reporting on the ORF program and/or needing information on the ORF organization simpler and more efficient.
